LINKY is in beta and provided as-is. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We don't guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

AI-generated analysis — not career advice

Your audit is generated by a large language model. LLMs can make mistakes: they may misread your profile, invent details, or give recommendations that don't fit your situation. Always review the suggestions critically before changing your LinkedIn profile.

LINKY is not a substitute for professional career advice. It does not replace a career coach, a recruiter, or a friend who knows your industry. Treat it as a starting point for thinking, not as a final word.

No liability

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the analysis — including rewriting your profile, applying or not applying to jobs, accepting or rejecting offers, or any employment outcomes that follow. You use the output at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINKY and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Fair use

To keep the service available to everyone, each user (identified by IP address) is limited to 2 analyses per day. Don't try to circumvent this with proxies or automation. Use of LINKY for purposes other than analyzing your own LinkedIn profile — including bulk-processing third-party profiles, scraping, automated access, or redistribution of output — is not permitted.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. The LINKY brand, design, and audit format are ours. The personalized analysis we generate for you is yours to use as you wish — including pasting it into your LinkedIn profile.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who abuse the service, violate these terms, or attempt to disrupt the platform. You can stop using LINKY at any time.

No guarantee of availability

LINKY runs on third-party infrastructure and depends on those services being up. We don't promise any specific uptime, and may take the service offline at any time. The service is currently free; no refunds apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of LINKY after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings locally.
